ESCUELAS DE LIDERAZGO Y FEMINISMO ROMANÍ

Objectives Young roma women face social exclusion on a daily basis, being unable to achieve full inclusion, especially in many parts of Europe. Breaking down these barriers requires specific training in leadership, empowerment and self-confidence… but there are currently no schools for this. Thus, we propose an innovative virtual training system for roma trainers to generate a network that meets the demands of any roma woman in Europe. Activities During 24 months, a wide range of activities distributed among the 4 phases of the project will be carried out and will be structured into: - Management activities: Coordination meetings, monitoring actions, sessions for the training and selection of the participants, communication… - Execution activities: Work sessions, pilot tests, mobility activities, networking meetings… - Activities for promotion: Multiplier events, dissemination activities, campaigns on social networks… Impact This project will create LEADERSHIP SCHOOLS that will generate a network of roma trainers throughout Europe able to meet the inclusion and leadership needs of any young European roma woman through personalized, tutored, and on-site training whenever possible. To do this, it will generate, among others: - A course for trainers. - Training resources for training action. - A web tool that facilitates the management and request of courses, as well as the mapping of trainers.
