We had three objectives: to train and capacitate our respective networks of stakeholders; to strengthen cooperation between our two organisations and territories; to produce and compile advocacy tools (for ‘adult education’ mobility and to highlight the competences of young NEETS in mobility experiences). At the start of the project, we had diagnosed the learning needs of our target groups (staff) and our end users (supported young people and teams) as being partly identical (knowledge and mobilisation of the Erasmus+ programme; exchange of support practices for young NEETS, etc.) and partly different: the network dynamics at work in the 2 territories are very different, and can therefore feed into each other: Escolhas consortium (PT), Coremob network (FR). For all the organisations, the aim was to experience mobility before accompanying it; to exchange practices with European counterparts; to learn about the sociology of JAMOs; to learn about intercultural learning and language animation; to learn how to design an E+ project and set up transnational partnerships.

The 4 planned short-term visits took place over the 18 months of the project. All the pre-defined activities were carried out. Activities A, B and C: Training and professional immersion in Portugal (x2) and France (x1), were carried out in November 2022, March 2023 and November 2023. Activity D: CREAKI practice and tools exchange laboratory, was carried out in Spain in February 2024. The implementation and effective management of the project (Activity E) has been carried out continuously and efficiently using relevant monitoring tools and regular project team meetings (on average once every 2 months). The project was interspersed with local networking and dissemination activities, as part of the ‘Youth Month’ organised by the youth department of Setúbal municipality (Portugal); the production of videos on the project and youth mobility; plenary meetings of the Comité Régional de la Mobilité (in France) and the European seminars on ‘Mobility, Youth and Social Work’ in June 2023 and June 2024 organised by JTM. The dissemination of the sociological survey produced as part of the project was also a key action at the end of the project.

A training programme designed to help people develop their professional posture and practice, Rennes, Accompagnement dans la Rencontre Culturelle, 2024. > Production of 2 online digital library spaces and contribution to the European Virtual Library in Dinan, in terms of learning methods, best practice and tools for promotion. > Time spent assisting with the writing and submission of Erasmus+ projects, including a writing seminar during the Labo CREAKI in Bilbao. > Submission of an OFAJ project and three Erasmus+ projects (deadline March 2024): a KA1 Discover EU Inclusion project led by a Mission Locale of the network; a simplified KA2 Youth project led by a participating structure; a KA2 Youth cooperation project in which our two organisations were involved as partners. There was also a tri-national youth exchange project run by a consortium of 5 local Mission Locale, 2 of which took part in the project. > One of the project team leaders became an ‘Erasmus+ developer’. > A group of NEETS from one of the portuguese organisations participated in a trilateral exchange in France in july 2024. > Local intercultural projects & video productions
