As well as building strong and lasting partnerships with other European associations sharing our commitment to education and inclusion, we also aimed to develop and exchange innovative, digitally-driven pedagogical skills and practices to meet the needs of children from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project therefore aimed to be a platform for fruitful exchanges where we could collaborate in meaningful ways to combat school dropout, foster pupil development and address growing inequalities. By promoting inclusive digital practices, we hoped not only to strengthen the skills of education professionals in France and Romania, but also to create a lasting impact at community level, by publishing our feedback and a pedagogical tool to foster digital for inclusion, thus contributing to a more equitable and stimulating educational environment.

Activity 1: Reciprocal mobility Staff exchanges between our associations to observe and share animation techniques. In-depth understanding of our own intervention contexts. Drafting of a best practice guide on animation techniques adapted to each audience, resulting from mutual learning during the mobilities. Activity 2: Development of teaching workshops Drafting of a turnkey pedagogical procedure for three specific workshops on the theme of the right to education. These workshops were designed to work on children's individual and collective identity. Activity 3 Workshop implementation Concrete implementation of the workshops developed for children in classrooms in schools in France. Implementation of the same workshops with Roma children hosted by STEA in Romania. Activity 4: Dissemination events Organization of dissemination events, one in each participating country, to present the RENPI project and highlight the fruitful collaboration between PLM and STEA. They served as platforms for disseminating best practices, the pedagogical workflow and encouraging other similar initiatives in the field of education.

Firstly, a strong and lasting partnership has been established between the Par le Monde and STEA associations, strengthening links and future collaborations and also paving the way for more collaboration on a European scale. In addition, the fruitful exchanges between the two associations have enabled an in-depth sharing of best practices in the use of digital technology and inclusion, and mutual learning has been noted, reinforcing the skills of the professionals involved in terms of animation and the use of digital tools to help children who have dropped out of school. A guide to best practice and a pedagogical procedure have been drawn up, consolidating the lessons learned from reciprocal mobilities and exchanges between the associations. They represent a valuable resource for education professionals working with disadvantaged and marginalized groups. Disseminating best practices and lessons learned with the European educational community to teachers and facilitators in various European countries contributes to the sustainability of the project's results by integrating them into a wider context and encouraging their adoption on a wider scale.
