Objectives

By implementing the project, we first wanted to encourage international cooperation (Franco-Spanish) around the creation of an educational kit promoted by a website for cycles 3. Thus our learners became actors of the knowledge acquired during from their meetings with professionals from the sectors worked: textiles and agri-food and by sharing their knowledge to a younger audience they valued their learning and increased their self-esteem. They gained more self-confidence and were able to realize that other areas existed around them. More broadly, we wanted this contact with European partners to enable them to gain not only linguistic skills but also to develop psycho-social skills through collaborative, digital and emotional activities by highlighting their creativity, imagination .

Activities

During the two years of cooperation, we were able to get in touch first virtually via digital tools such as digipads so that each student in the project could introduce themselves and could also create the project logo. In total, 51 students participated in the mobilities. Two mobilities in March and May 2023 to learn about the processes of manufacturing olive oil from the fruit to the finished product and the possibilities of taking advantage of this product in an eco-responsible way but also to observe the transformation of the plant stem of linen fabric, a resistant material for the manufacture of everyday objects that are also eco-responsible. The following year two other mobilities were set up in November 2023 and January 2024 in the two partner countries to disseminate the knowledge acquired from French and Spanish cycle 3 students. Each mobility of the second year was prepared in advance by the students of the first team (narrative framework, 3D pieces, conception of the design of the pieces, mascots) and enriched by the work of the students of the second year who, after having read of the project designed the educational sheets and trained in animation techniques.

Impact

The tangible results of our project are an educational kit made up of a collaborative game whose objective is to allow two mascots: Lina and Aceitín to meet to share their know-how and create a new one (here soap based on recycled olive oil and linen bag). Beyond the creation of this product, a website was designed to give an overview of our project over the past two years and we also received the national etwinning quality label following the posting of our project on the platform European ESEP which allowed us to build each stage despite the difficulties encountered in the first year.
