Our goal was to develop future leaders: equip students with the skills and values ​​to become influential leaders in their communities and professions. Through this project, we were able to promote a well-rounded education that includes academic excellence, emotional intelligence, social responsibility, and ethical behavior. Additionally, we enhanced collaboration; strengthening the partnership between educators, parents, and the community to create a supportive and enriching learning environment. Encouraging innovation and creativity was the goal of cultivating an environment where creativity and innovative thinking are encouraged and developed. Through this project, we promoted critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are essential to address complex challenges. Through this project, it was important to us to provide all students with equal access to educational resources and opportunities, ensuring a fair and inclusive learning experience. These goals focused on creating an educational framework that supports the development of well-equipped, responsible, and innovative future leaders.

With partners, we worked and organized the following activities: - Activity 1: Facilitated a workshop where students learned about online privacy, digital footprints, and how to protect themselves from cyberbullying and other online threats. Include interactive components like quizzes and role-playing scenarios. - Activity 2: Asked students to write essays reflecting on how social media influences their self-image, relationships, and worldview. They considered both positive and negative aspects and suggested ways to optimize their use of social media. We worked on Inclusion in Education by providing positive role models. - Activity 3: We organized workshops for teachers and administrative staff on quality standards and best educational practices. We included sessions on curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and student assessment techniques to ensure consistent quality at all levels.

Thanks to the tools developed in this project and the quality of the partnerships, we were able to work on several devices in favor of young people and parents concerning the technological influence in our daily lives. Thanks to the design of a new methodology that is easy to apply, especially with families, we worked on writing a manual of good practices that brings together both the activities and the proposed methodology. This manual focuses on training students as influencers on social networks who will talk about equality and respect for others. This manual aims to promote the creation of a new teaching methodology based on the use of the Internet and digital skills, and to promote respectful use of language and better inclusion of minorities. We have reworked the program with tangible results: • Updated program documents reflecting revisions and improvements. • Implementation plans for program changes. • Attendance records for training and certificates for teachers. • Implementation plans for better integration of technology.
