Objectives

Coordinated by the IMT, the DECART project, which stands for Design of Higher Education Curriculum for Agility, Resilience and Transformation, is an international collaboration involving universities in France, Germany, Iceland, Indonesia, Lithuania, and South Africa, representing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The project's ultimate goal was to equip training managers and other stakeholders in higher education (including students) with specific leadership skills to enhance their preparation, in dealing with uncertainty. The main objective was to enable partner universities, with transferability to all training organisations, to improve the agility of their activities. The collaborative tools and serious games known as CAFE, SUCRE and LAIT, skilfully blended like a cappuccino, increase the capacity to operate jointly within an educational institution or at a transnational level. The tools are developed with a systemic vision of the entity concerned, focusing on new practices for dealing with disruptions and crisis-related issues. They prepare the necessary curriculum reforms to deal with potential changes, with an emphasis on anticipating resilient solutions and transformation models.
