▶Objectives
The primary goal of this project was to exchange effective practices around ADHD in adults across Europe, with a focus on educating and informing individuals about ADHD. This work was designed to improve the quality of life for adults with ADHD, positively impacting their mental health and well-being. These objectives were at the core of our project priorities and were broken down into several key aims: 1. Educate project participants and stakeholders—including adults with ADHD, healthcare professionals, family caregivers, health authorities, and the general public—about ADHD. 2. Raise awareness about ADHD across these groups through targeted awareness campaigns. 3. Strengthen support for adults with ADHD and their family caregivers by organising self-help groups, focus groups, and relevant meetings. 4. Share expertise, practical strategies, and lived experiences around ADHD to expand knowledge and equip individuals with tools to manage their condition effectively. 5. Promote international cooperation, networking, and cultural exchange to encourage professional development and build organisational capacity.
