▶Objectives
The project aimed to create, promote, and test a new standard for the 'Pride Network Lead' role, supporting LGBTQ+ inclusion and fostering Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in organizations. It developed a professional profile defining competencies, tasks, and performance evaluation, alongside a selection process for the role. The project provided guidelines for implementing this role, a comprehensive training program with a trainers' handbook, and a handbook and toolbox for the Pride Network Lead. Additionally, a microlearning film and an action plan guidebook were produced. Tangible outcomes included training at least 10 Pride Leaders, dissemination activities, and a media campaign to promote D&I. Intangible results involved increased competencies, involvement of social partners like NGOs, and promoting inclusiveness in participating companies. The project addressed universal issues, offering results that could be applied across Europe. It contributed to innovation in Vocational Education and Training (VET), filling a gap in current solutions and supporting the EU's D&I and labor market priorities.

A mapping of good practices, a guidebook containing the definition of the professional profile, the description of the selection process, the guidelines for implementing the new role. A comprehensive development programme for the training programme and a handbook and a toolbox for the Pride Network Leaders. A microlearning film for stakeholders and decision makers, an action plan and a set of materials for promoting the new roles to the stakeholders. A dissemination plan for the dissemination of the project and the tests for the results. 4 National Multiplier event and one Learning, Training and Teaching Activities in Italy; 4 Transnational Projects Meetings.
