The main objective was to enhance partner organizations' capacities in non-formal education, civic engagement and inclusive activities. Using theatre and performing arts, we created engaging learning experiences, making education accessible and relevant to diverse groups, including marginalized communities. We also aimed to develop essential skills among staff—personal and social skills, learning-to-learn competencies, citizenship skills and artistic entrepreneurship. The project aligned with the priority of enhancing the competences of adult educators. Implemented through local theatre workshops and a final public performance, the project offered a platform for creative expression and skill development. The final performance showcased work from each country, highlighting achievements and reinforcing the project's impact. The project produced two methodological notebooks, valuable resources for organizations and educators, promoting successful strategies. Our project aimed to make a lasting impact on participating organizations and individuals. By harnessing theatre and performing arts, we fostered a more inclusive, engaging and effective approach to adult education and social inclusion.

A1 included the preparation and updating of all project documentation, regular communication with project partners, target group representatives, relevant stakeholders and the NA. They included the organization of all international and national project events, as well as project accounting and reporting. A2 was a six-day training session hosted by the Bulgarian partner. This session involved three trainers from each participating country, aiming to exchange and share their expertise in theatre. These were specifically tailored for non-formal learning and social inclusion. This enabled the development and enhancement of the skills and competencies of the partner organization representatives, allowing them to apply these creative participatory processes in their own work. As a result of this activity, the partners produced a Notebook. A3 was addressed to the target group. This was achieved through local workshops conducted over a four-month period. At the end of this training was a collective performance held in Italy and a Notebook. These activities were essential in ensuring the smooth execution and success of the project, fostering collaboration among international partners and promoting social inclusion through the arts.

The project produced significant results in all its activities. Practical results include the development and sharing of Management Guidelines, bilateral partnership agreements, timely delivery of administrative documents to the National Agency, meeting project deadlines and strengthening the organisational capacities of all partners. In addition, the formulation of a dissemination plan and active dissemination and promotion activities, including the creation of a dedicated website. In terms of tangible results we have produced: - the publication of two ‘TheatreTRAILS: Trail in Theatre Education’ notebooks following the two training events, in which the practices shared and then developed in the local workshops are reported. The first notebook also contains a collection of good practices. - Photographic and audiovisual materials for all activities (LTTA in Bulgaria; local workshops; final event in Italy and performance); - the creation of a collective theatre performance shown to the public during the event in Perugia.
