The project aimed to facilitate an exchange of practices and a co-construction and validation process for a teacher training program (Training in Action/Action Learning) based on the "Visual Thinking Strategies" (VTS) method, adopted by internationally renowned museums such as the MoMA in New York. Additionally, it spread the VTS methodology among project partners, promoting capacity building on this method and enabling organizations to use VTS for various educational and pedagogical purposes. The benefits for teachers include the acquisition of advanced skills in facilitating critical and reflective discussions, thereby improving their effectiveness in encouraging critical thinking and creativity in students. For the students, the VTS method enriched the learning process, stimulating their observation, interpretation, and articulation skills, and facilitating a deeper and more personal understanding of the curriculum content.

Management and Coordination: This phase ensured effective supervision and coordination of all project activities, making sure that timelines and resources were optimized for maximum impact. Management included strategic planning, continuous monitoring of activities, and resolving any emerging issues, maintaining smooth communication among all involved partners. Study Circle in Perugia: The session saw active participation from several educators from different backgrounds and countries. In total, 15 teachers from Liceo Assunta Pieralli in Perugia, 2 teachers from Turkey, 2 teachers from ALPE (ES), and 5 educators from Luoghi Comuni participated. Learning In Action: Practical sessions of Visual Thinking Strategies were implemented in Italy, France, and Spain. Creation and Implementation of the Mediateca: A digital mediateca was created containing educational materials, tutorials, and recordings of the VTS sessions. Dissemination and Communication: The project reached a wide audience, including educators, academic institutions, and cultural organizations.

Enhancement of Interpersonal Skills: The teachers and staff involved developed improved communication and collaboration skills, essential for a rich and stimulating educational environment. Improvement of Teaching Strategies: Through the application of Visual Thinking Strategies, teachers acquired new methods to encourage critical thinking and analysis among students, enriching the learning process. Growth of Professional Network: The project facilitated the creation of an international network of contacts among educators, supporting the exchange of ideas and resources beyond the end of the project. Enhancement of Cultural Sensitivity: The participation of teachers from various countries promoted a greater understanding and appreciation of different educational and cultural challenges. Tangible Outcomes: Innovative Educational Material: A digital mediateca was created containing resources, recorded lessons, and practical guides on VTS, accessible globally.
