▶Objectives
The PREVIEW project aimed to achieve three key objectives. First, to design and test an innovative, student-centered model of remote internship that reflects the skills and expectations of both students and employers in a digital and globalized labor market. Second, to strengthen the resilience and employability of university students by equipping them with the new competences required for remote work—such as digital collaboration, autonomy, and adaptability. Third, to support higher education institutions in transitioning from traditional in-person internships to flexible, remote and inclusive formats through the development of a Remote Internship Blueprint (RIB), learning tools, and service design methodologies. By engaging universities, companies, and students in the co-design processes, the project aimed to foster innovation in academic programs and promote equal access to meaningful work-based learning experiences. Preview achieved all the deliverables as envisaged in the proposal.
