Partners in this Erasmus+ project are Kaunas International Gymnasium (Lithuania), Liceum ETZ Chaim (Poland), Liceo Scientifico Righi Cesena (Italy), Institut Cavall Bernat (Spain), and Uniser (Italy). Reasons for writing this project were teachers lack of competencies in pupils’ mobility projects, little training opportunities dedicated to general schools’ staff on the themes of internationalization of education, and low level of preparation of teachers to use ICT in daily school practices. Students lack opportunities for international mobility; key competencies are undercount in classrooms; Indirect barriers to access to international mobility programs due to a lack of recognition systems of learning outcomes achieved abroad. Lack of Internationalization at home strategies tailored for general upper education. The need to strengthen collaborative approaches for fostering the internationalization of education in general upper secondary schools. There was a need to create bridges between general upper secondary schools and VET and to allow the transfer of competencies given the implementation of meaningful learning mobility experiences. The inclusion of learning mobility schemes is one of the new main features of the Erasmus+ program.

The purpose was to create a toolkit for mobility managers and teaching staff on pupils’ mobility. In this toolkit, a plan to collect all the good practices exchanged during the project and transferability guidelines that should be drafted by partners based on their practical experience. The main focus was on the following thematic areas: 1) Internationalization strategies of general upper secondary schools; 2) Project design methodologies for pupils mobility; 3) Planning and managing of pupils’ mobility projects through digital tools (physical, blended and virtual); 4) Recognition methods, instruments and strategies;5) Transferability procedures and tools; Every practice provided users the information required to replicate it in their schools (e.g. required material, max number of students involved, expected learning outcomes, step-by-step instruction to implement the practice, enabling factors etc.). The priority was given to those making use of digitalisation to enhance the physical and blended learning mobility experience or allow an effective internationalization at-home activity. The creation of a toolkit contributed to the project objective by providing teachers with a new set of practices to implement more activities.

5 Work packages: Kaunas International Gymnasium was responsible for general coordination of the project (WP1); monitoring of transnational activities; monitoring of administrative issues; and monitoring the quality of the project and the achievements of results. Uniser was responsible for supporting the partner supervising the implementation of WPS2F. Responsible for WP5 dissemination. Liceo Scientifico Righi was responsible for supervising the development of WP3 Training Methodology. Institut Cavall Bernat was responsible for supervising the development of WP4_E-Learning for Students. Liceum ETZ Chaim was responsible for supervising the development of WP2_Toolkit on internationalization. There were 2 training events in Spain and Italy. Teachers were trained on internationalization strategy and design thanks to the 2 training events organized to test the mobility. There were 3 coordinators meetings: Kaunas, Lithuania, Wroclaw, Poland; and Cesena, Italy. There were learning missions developed in the online training modules, and the E-learning platform was uploaded. Students have participated in the testing phase of the e-learning course. Each partner had to organize a multiplier event. Participants involved in multiplier events left positive feedback about it.

The project produced three outputs: - A toolbox containing a set of practices for learning mobility in general education. - A train-the-trainer methodology on the internationalization of education. - An E-Learning for students based on the gamification concept to strengthen the acquisition of key competencies in students through international activities (physical, virtual, or blended). The Mob@act platform is used to host the E-Learning as well as the toolkit and the training methodology. This website, https://www.mobact.eu presents the project to the audience and showcases the results. There were 5 dissemination events (multiplier events) in the 4 targeted countries, which involved more than 50 practitioners. The feedback was collected on all the outputs from participants in the multiplier events, in particular, the E-Learning developed in WP4. The feedback was used to finalize the products. We have raised awareness of the project and its outputs among practitioners and stakeholders. More external organizations started to adopt the Mob@act products in their ordinary activities.
