The objectives of the project are the declination of the background and the basis of the work packages and activities: Objective 1: Labor Market and training systems overview Objective 2: Elaboration of competence reference framework Objective 3: Implementation of skills assessment system Objective 4: Implementation of online platform

For each of the objectives there have been directly linked activities as follows Objective 1: Labor Market and training systems overview Two surveys have been rolled out and a comprehensive report has been written Objective 2: Elaboration of competence reference framework The competences have been compiled in a document in the format for implementation of the next work packages Objective 3: Implementation of skills assessment system The build up skills Application is used to conduct skills assessment Objective 4: Implementation of online platform The build up skills Application is used to access the competences and get training recommendations after the skills assessment
