▶Objectives
The goal of our project was to improve the adult education staff's skills in reaching and inclusion of marginalized women and women victims of GBVH in adult education processes, or more specifically: - to identify clear set of skills, methods and approaches; - to teach 15 adult education staff in identifying the learning needs; - to include marginalized women and women victims of GBVH in the practical learning process of adult education staff; - to strengthen the position of the organizations as forward-looking providers in adult education.
