The main goal of the project was to deepen the digital competencies, personal, social and learning competencies of the staff of the Polish Foundation Pillars of Development and the Italian Partner. We wanted to achieve improvement of digital competencies of local social activists, through participation in online activities, improvement of personal and social competencies through participation in social activation workshops of project participants. We wanted to get acquainted with and compare different methods, ways and methodologies aimed at improving NGO activities. We wanted to establish direct relations between the partner and members of our organization. We also wanted to learn about and discuss common areas of cooperation and specific groups of beneficiaries, and learn about good practices of international cooperation. All the goals were achieved.
