Based on the problems, needs, and expectations of the target groups, we defined the following goals that we wanted to achieve within the project: -Increase in knowledge and skills regarding the use of cultural heritage for the activation of the local community. -Increase in seniors' knowledge about lifelong learning opportunities in the local environment and in partner countries. -Learning about interesting forms and methods of working with senior groups in partner organizations. -Development of staff competencies in interesting methods of working with senior groups. -Sharing their knowledge by participants from partner organizations in Poland and Spain and mutually benefiting from their experiences. -Improvement of Spanish and Polish language skills through project participation. -Increase in knowledge about the history and culture of each partner country. -Strengthening of affiliation to the European community.
