The main goals of the project were: gaining professional knowledge by teachers through training and analyzing good practices of partners, creating tools contributing to the introduction of innovative methods of working with youth and initiating the creation of a local network of organizations working with youth contributing to improving the quality of teaching. The results we wanted to achieve by implementing this project are primarily the exchange of experiences, especially between Turkish teachers and Polish ones - the Stal Sports Championship School Complex in Rzeszów is a "young" institution. We really wanted our teachers to gain knowledge and skills, but in a practical way. This was largely successful because our partners are an organization that has extensive experience in education and the implementation of international projects.

1. Online teacher training - a series of 5 online training courses for a group of teachers from Poland, conducted by school teachers from Turkey. Each training will last 3 lessons, i.e. approximately 135 minutes. 2. Meeting of teachers in Turkey - exchange of good practices - 25 hours of meetings, workshops, conversations between two groups of teachers: 10 people from Poland and 6 people from Turkey. 3. Development of products and dissemination of project results 4. Teachers' meeting in Poland - summary of project activities - 25 hours of meetings, workshops, conversations between two groups of teachers: 10 people from Turkey and 10 people from Poland, plus a meeting with students in which about 20 people took part. In the long term, the results will be visible in improved soft skills among the target group participants, i.e. group work, communication in a foreign language, public speaking. The implementation of the project initiated research in the field of education of students with unique needs, which will be further developed to make the best use of solutions developed by other educational centers with a similar profile. 5. Project management - planned activities were implemented and goals achieved.
