The main objective of the project was to expand the offer of in-service teacher trainings at partner institutions by preparing and implementing training programmes using b-l methodology in the areas of STEAM, interculturality, special educational needs, the essential elements of which included learning based on materials and activating methods, and providing participants with effective post-training support in putting the acquired knowledge into school practice. In order to implement the trainings effectively, we planned to create a description of the principles of suport, and organisation and implementation of trainings using blended learning methodology in partner institutions. Our goal was to develop the methodological and digital competence of the partners' representatives to equip them with modern ICT tools to create and conduct training courses and to implement the support. The project aimed to strengthen the international exchange of experiences and to learn about good practices between the partners in the areas of STEAM, interculturalism/diversity and special educational needs, enabling the development of innovative approaches to teaching and teacher training based on flexible,diffentiated and engaging forms of learningre.

The project began with an online conference which allowed the participants to get to know one another, learn about the partner institutions and their profile and integrate the members. Three online seminars were held. The first seminar presented the functioning of the platforms and examples of courses, materials and digital tools used by the Spanish partner. The second seminar focused on showing examples of intercultural modules in the German partner’s projects. An educational toolkit for diversity work at school was discussed. During the third seminar the leader showed materials and tools used in cooperation networking and ICT projects and Vlogatorium offer to develop digital competences. A panel was held on the training needs of teachers in partner countries and the impact of digitisation on teacher development. Three educational visits to partner institutions took place. Two online working sessions were held, and dissemination activities of the project and its results were organized in the media and posted on the project website. Three trainings for teachers were developed and implemented in the areas of STEAM, diversity, special educational needs along with support principles and organisation and implementation of b-ltraining

Key outcomes were the development and implementation of 3 b-l training programmes in the areas of STEAM, interculturalism and special educational needs with teaching materials for active learning, including the use of digital tools. A total of 75 people (teachers, consultants, counsellors in the education sector) participated in the training of n-teachers aimed at improving the quality of teaching by consciously introducing knowledge and skills in their lessons, and 15 participants provided feedback on the implementation of the support after the training. A description of the principles of support and the organisation and implementation of b-l training was prepared. The project contributed to the development of digital and methodological competences of 30 people from partner institutions, who, among other things, through online seminars, online working meetings, educational visits, school visits, mutual exchange of experiences, became acquainted with educational platforms, digital tools, methods of active learning and support for teachers in implementing the content of the training in their work with students used in partner institutions. The project participants developed their skills to work in an international environment.
