As part of the project, we wanted to create an initiative that would respond to the current European and global ecological crisis and professional challenges focused on ecology. The main goal of the 'Green Jobs in NGO' project was to carry out a green transformation of NGO jobs. Improving the quality of vocational education and training by developing green and soft competences of their employees and cooperating people, acquired as part of international cooperation. The project aimed to change habits in the workplace.

During the implementation of the project, during stationary and online meetings, together with our Partners, we created a tool enabling the measurement of the degree of ecological behavior in the workplace (research on the environmental friendliness of non-governmental organizations' workplaces and the Generator of ecological activities) and educational materials in the field of pro-ecological activities in the workplace (Ebook Tutorial entitled ' How to create green jobs for non-governmental organizations).

The 'Green jobs in NGO' project successfully achieved its goals, taking into account the need to adapt vocational education and training to the requirements of the labor market and to respond to the ecological crisis. The project involved organizations and groups with less experience and opportunities, operating on a small scale, which contributed to increasing their potential and skills.
