Before starting the project, we aimed to encourage various organizations to adopt mentoring as a method of work and to demonstrate how to support women's development through this approach. All organizations involved in the project focus on women, a group that often faces exclusion from many activities due to factors such as motherhood, socio-cultural barriers, and persistent stereotypes. We believe that projects aimed at helping women re-enter the labor market combat social exclusion, are meaningful, and are truly needed. We are convinced that well-organized and effectively conducted mentoring is a powerful tool for personal and professional development. Based on our experience working with women, mentoring has proven to be a vital element in motivating them and assisting them in achieving their goals.

The objectives of our project are as follows: - To prepare a mentoring model aimed at the professional activation of women. - To develop tools for organizing and conducting mentoring programs for women. - To test the implementation of the mentoring model in four organizations from partner countries. - To disseminate the project results among partner countries. Additional objectives during the project implementation include: - Leveraging the potential of our partners to support women in various cultural contexts. The project involves partners from Poland, Italy, and Spain, who actively work with women in the areas of personal and professional development. They contribute their experience to building a universal mentoring model. - Utilizing mentoring as a tool for professional activation. We have observed that professional activation projects often focus primarily on hard skills—such as training to improve qualifications or gaining professional experience—while lacking supportive activities that help individuals choose their career paths, make decisions, and identify directions based on a student-mentor relationship
