Objectives Project DECIDE aims to empower young people across EU in their career decision-making process, to identify, understand, benefit from and make better career choices by using DECIDE e-guide on new job profiles and labour market demands (like green jobs, with digital literacy and interdisciplinary competencies included) and receive a personalized user experience via an online self-evaluating multicriteria career competencies decision-making tool to support them in career competencies gap analysis.
