The objectives that we set out to achieve by carrying out this project, common to all the institutions involved in the project, were: O. 1 Knowledge and awareness of forms of aggression by students through their involvement in project activities during 2022 2024 O. 2 Informing children about their fundamental rights and about their role in preventing and reducing the phenomenon of bullying through involvement in project activities in the period 2022-2024 O. 3 Promotion of positive methods of socio-emotional education of child victims or aggressors for teachers and parents through their involvement in the activities of the project in the period 2022-2024. By promoting these objectives, we aimed to contribute to the creation in the schools involved in the project of an educational environment characterized by the existence of positive interpersonal relationships, of well-being, the creation of an educational context that stimulates each student, helps him to participate, each feeling the sense of belonging to the school community, to be able to grow and develop personally, physically, emotionally adequately. We aimed to reduce the phenomenon of violence and bullying in schools and, at the same time, to reduce school absenteeism

Management activities – carried out by all organizations involved in the project. These consisted of: setting up the project implementation team, carrying out the activities of organization, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, dissemination and promotion, communication within the project, at institutional and inter-institutional level, recognition of the learning results for the students and teachers involved. There were 3 transnational learning activities and they were carried out as follows: 1. My school bullying free zone school, took place in per. March 27-31, 2023 at Apeytio Gymnasium Agros, Cyprus, with the participation of students and teachers from the 3 organizations involved in the project, 3 teachers, 6 students from Romania, 3 teachers, 5 students from Croatia, 4 teachers, 8 students from Cyprus. 2. Children's rights, your rights, took place between 16-20.10.2023, at Osnova Skola Darda, Croatia, with the participation of 2 teachers and 5 students from Cyprus, 2 teachers and 5 students from Romania, 7 teachers, 10 students from Croatia. 3. My school gives me wings! - April 15-19, 2024 at the Gymn. No. 2 Videle, Romania, with the participation of teachers and students form Cyprus and Croatia.

The concrete results of the project were both tangible and intangible, respectively: The tangible results were: - project management documents: decisions, Gantt diagram, cooperation agreements, communication plan, monitoring, evaluation, dissemination of learning results, etc. - project promotion materials: roll-up, posters, Erasmus corners in schools, leaflets, folders, etc. - participation certificates for students and teachers, Europass documents - the project's Facebook page, the project's website, the project's magazine, supporting guide material with proposed activities to prevent and combat bullying in schools - articles published in the press, in school magazines, in ANews magazine. The intangible results were: - a correct and efficient implementation of the project - increasing the level of information of students, teachers, parents about the phenomenon of bullying - developing the skills of effective and correct management of the bullying phenomenon - reduction of bullying situations in the schools where the project was carried out by at least 30% and school absenteeism - developing the European dimension and the capacity of the organizations involved to work at a transnational level
