Objectives

The CSO Admin project aimed to address a significant need among young Europeans: developing the skills required to establish and manage civil society organizations (CSOs). Through the project's implementation, we sought to provide accessible, practice-oriented education, enabling young people to contribute effectively and impactfully to their communities. Specific objectives: Development of an online course (MOOC): Designed to equip participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed for CSO management. The MOOC covers essential topics such as organizational strategy, fundraising, team coordination, and effective communication. Creation of a collaborative mentoring platform: This platform facilitates continuous interaction between young people and experts in the field. It supports the development of practical skills through mentorship and networking, connecting participants with professionals and mentors from various CSOs. Promoting civic engagement and international collaboration: By organizing dissemination events and training sessions in each partner country, the project encourages active youth participation and the development of a transnational support network.
