Pripravljanje mladih na trg dela in zadovoljstvo po Covid

Objectives The main objective of the project is to educate youth onentering the labour market during COVID-19 epidemic, which has highlighted a number of problems for youth in their job search, such as mental health, job satisfaction, changes in work due to digitalisation, importance of sustainability, and development of leadership competences. The aim of the project is to educate youth in these areas, to enable them to enter the workforce, and to develop their psychological resilience and mental health. Activities The project is based on six modules that will provide comprehensive training to three individual groups of young people on the psychological, technical and social aspects of employment. We will organise and deliver a 90-minute international virtual event, where participants will have the opportunity to network, exchange knowledge and experience in addition to the training. We will produce educational material for participants and the general public on training young people for workforce entry. Impact We plan to reach 100 young people directly and 1000 young people indirectly. We expect to empower young people to embrace their uniqueness and pro-social and pro-environmental values as they enter the labour market, and equip them with the tools to pursue a thoughtful, healthy and happy career path, in line with their life goals.
