The main objective of the SEED project was to develop and strengthen cooperation between partner organisations in promoting the development of competences and interest of VET teachers and students in the field of entrepreneurship with social impact. The stated objective of improving the quality of entrepreneurship education was closely linked to the selected priorities of the ERASMUS+ programme: Adaptation of VET to the needs of the labour market The educational process needs to enable students to be prepared to face the constant changes and challenges in the labour/business market. By implementing the project, we have supported the collaboration of actors in the entrepreneurship education ecosystem and directly deepen the entrepreneurial competences and the capacity for inclusive collaboration of the participating educators and students so that they are better prepared for the real world after the school gates close. Increasing the attractiveness of VET The long-term trend is a decline in the interest of young people and their parents in VET. By implementing the project, we will contribute to change the trajectory and increase the motivation of VET students through 'learning by doing'and delivering simple recommendations.

In the SEED project, we have implemented 3 activities: 1) Mapping entrepreneurship education ecosystem in VET In collaboration with project partners, a survey was conducted among VET students and also among key actors who have an impact on the current entrepreneurship education of VET students. The activity also included a mapping of existing educational materials, programmes and projects in entrepreneurship education. 2) Elaboration of the report Entrepreneurship in VET on the current state of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem and implementation of an information campaign The activity was a follow-up to activity 1) and consisted in creation of the report with findings from the conducted surveys and also a proposal of concrete recommendations for the improvement of the current system of entrepreneurship education within VET in the partner countries. The activity also included information campaign to present the results of the surveys as well as to engage the actors in the entrepreneurship education system to deepen mutual cooperation. 3) Organization of the I.N.I. Innovation Camp incl. The content of the activity was the preparation and implementation of an event, a day-long competition for VET students.

In cooperation with project partners, we have achieved the following results in the SEED project: 1) Conducted survey among key actors in the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education (entrepreneurship development in VET) in Slovakia and the Czech Republic with nearly 100 respondents. 2) Conducted survey among secondary school students in Slovakia with the title STUDENTS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP with more than 1 000 respondents. 3) The report Entrepreneurship in vocational education and training highlighting differences between Slovak and Czech ecosystem for entrepreneurship education, existing best practice programs in both countries as well as simple recommendation for easy implementation. 4) Information campaign implemented: - conducted a discussion with actors in the entrepreneurship development ecosystem entitled Entrepreneurship - The Skill of the Future? in April 2023, - set up a project website at https://www.podnikavi.sk/, - Media campaign implemented, included social media posts, newsletters, coverage by online and TV media. 5) Organized inspirational and inclusive events I.N.I. Innovation Camp incl.with 150 participants in April 2023.
