Objectives Within the scope of the project, NEETs contribute to the development of the personal service sector by providing learning opportunities for their educational and professional development, increasing the employment opportunities of qualified youth in beauty centers and supporting the employment of young people in order to ensure their participation in the economy by taking advantage of the employment gap in the personal service sector throughout the EU. Activities Within the scope of the project, it is planned to establish an online training platform and provide trainings on personal service and effective communication/language use to 20 NEET individuals. At the end of the training, it is planned to give a certificate to the young people who are successful by applying online exams to the young people. It is aimed to send the certificated young people to the project stakeholder in a 10x2 group with the pilot application. Impact In the field of personal service, they will first receive training and training on 20 NEET training plans. After the certificate training, training training is given there while being sent to the project. In the personal service area in the EU, it is aimed to be supported by the persons concerned with the employment and capacity building of young girls by benefiting from being put into service.
