The Path to Employability Volume I: Empowering local NGOs working with refugees and migrants
▶Objectives
The overall aim of the project is to increase the employability of migrant youth (18-25). Special aims: 1- Developing the capacity of partner organizations to respond to the needs of migrant youth, 2- Exchange of best practices 3- Locally supporting the integration of migrant youth into health, education, culture, social life, law, etc. systems on the way to employment, 4- Raising awareness in local communities about the challenges experienced by migrant youth in adapting to their new countries

Creation of Project Website Study Visit , Best Practice Visit, 2 Training Activities:Training of Trainers, Training of Youth Workers Raising Awareness/Local Activities 3 Transnational Meetings: Kick off Meeting, Mid-term Meeting, Closing Meeting Dissemination Activities
▶Impact
Study Visit: A total of 28 officials, 4 from each partner organization, will attend the visit. Best Practice Visit: A total of 28 officials, 4 from each partner organization, will attend the visit. Training of Trainers: A total of 28 trainer will attend to the training. Training of Youth Workers: Approximately 120 Youth Workers will be trained from local NGOs. A guide for living in country, a handbook for youthworkers, communicating strategy for migrant youth will be created.
