Adapt New Climate: Youth Empowerment

Objectives In order to facilitate youth role in climate change adaptation, the main objectives of our project are to create well-informed youth on climate change adaptation, giving them the right skill set to raise their voices and make their own contribution to the issue. Overall objective:Facilitate Youth’s Role on Climate Change Adaptation Specific ones: •Raising awareness on the urgency and importance of adapting to climate change •Developing climate change adaptation strategy with inclusion, diversity Activities We will produce 4 intellectual outputs(project results), 4 learning, training, and teaching activities, and one multiplier event as results and outcomes of the project. We plan to hold three transnational meetings during which we will address the various phases of our project, as well as the budget, timeline, and risk coordination management issues. We planned our project results and learning, training and teaching activities in as much as digital, green and innovative ways. Impact Our sustainable and intellectual outcomes (project results) will be the most significant results of the project. Joint curricula, climate handbook, open education resource and online course module will be our outputs. Strategies and support mechanisms are ineffective for creating long-term policies and making youth more self-confident in addressing climate change issues.
