▶Objectives
100 Women Plus pursued two general objectives: on the one hand, to promote the visibility and participation of women entrepreneurs and businesswomen in society and, on the other hand, to foster channels of collaboration and dialogue through workshops, exchange of experiences, networking and actions that contribute to making the role of women in the business world more visible. Three specific objectives were to be achieved through the design and implementation of the activities proposed in 100 Women Plus: - Establish new mechanisms for female participation. - Strengthen the ecosystem of women entrepreneurs in the participating countries. - Networking and generating alliances between institutions in Europe and Africa. To support the development of entrepreneurial and leadership skills in women, peer learning activities were developed, open learning content focused on women's entrepreneurship was created and a catalogue of women-led initiatives was produced to highlight the diversity of women's entrepreneurship. The discussion sessions, the publication of conclusions and the impact conference helped to promote cultural understanding as a key element to address equality and inclusion.
