By implementing this project, we aimed to achieve two key objectives. First, to enhance the capacities of both partner organizations in working with children with early speech and language delays (CESLD) in inclusive environments, leveraging transnational collaboration to develop innovative activities, tools, and practices. Second, to empower CESLD to develop their speech, language, and communication (SLC) skills alongside children with typical development (CTD). This integration would foster their social inclusion, prevent delays from evolving into disorders, and build a strong foundation for academic success and social interaction. We sought to create a nurturing environment that engages children, parents, and teachers to collectively address learning disadvantages. Through expertise exchange, staff training, and innovative educational programs, the project aimed to directly benefit 116 children (including 38 CESLD), equip 20 staff with advanced Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) skills, and provide parents with tools to support their children effectively. Ultimately, we envisioned increased inclusion, improved SLC skills, and the dissemination of project results to local and European communities.

#Project Management We used Agile methods for timely, budget-conscious delivery, including planning, two online transnational meetings, monitoring, and ensuring visibility through websites and social media. #Training-for-Trainers: exchange of expertise on ECCE for CESLD: Three modules in Satu Mare trained 36 staff from 2 organizations. Modules enhanced digital teaching, developmental psychology, SLC skills, & voice care for teachers. Follow-ups and extra sessions boosted expertise. #Interactive educational program to develop SLD: A 3-level program engaged 377 children (258 CTD, 119 CESLD) aged 3-6. We developed 3 Teacher’s Manuals and 3 Student’s Books in FR, EN, and RO, piloted in 30 sessions targeting language skills. Evaluations tracked progress. #Interactive parent training: A 9-session program trained 84 parents to support SLC development. The e-Parent SLC Kit offered resources like articulation cards. Parents created tailored plans and participated in follow-up evaluations. #Multiplier Events: 21 events, including 17 physical, 3 webinars + 1 academic article, reached 1406 attendees and wide online communities. The outputs gained wide interest, receiving continuous requests. They were shared via journals and network.

Our project achieved significant tangible results across various activities. First, we developed a comprehensive "train-the-trainer" program with 3 modules on early childhood education best practices, benefiting 36 trainers from two partner organizations. This included enhanced capacities in digital tools, inclusive methodologies, and voice self-care techniques. The educational program for children led to the creation of a 30-session interactive curriculum tailored to develop speech, language, & communication (SLC) skills for children aged 3–6. This program was accompanied by 3 Teacher’s Manuals & 3 Student’s Books, all meticulously designed and translated into EN, FR & RO. A pilot program was successfully delivered to 377 children (119 CESLD and 258 CTD), and its effectiveness was validated by 6 experts. We empowered 84 parents of children with SLC delays through a nine-session interactive training program, complemented by an e-Parent SLC Training Kit. Parents reported increased confidence and improved support strategies for their children. We organized 21 public events, including 3 webinars + 1 academic article & 17 physical gatherings, reaching over 1406 professionals and parents, showcasing results, fostering EU collaboration.
