Within our partners' team, we have experienced on our own skin, how difficult it is to struggle with self-confidence, motivation, labour opportunities, and being a fragile woman in special periods of life. We were anyway lucky to get to know Neurographica technique among others, achieving the respective certification as instructors and aesthetic coaches. Now we are active in our NGOs and are eager to share our own competences with other women of different ages and situations who would benefit from our knowledge, skills and methods and become confident leaders and active citizens. As plenty of women in remote, rural regions, suburbs of cities and villages in our countries need help, we combined our efforts to support the target group: women from remote areas in crisis, in order to bring change in the region itself. The project was designed in a way so the participating women were empowered to take initiative and make their own contributions to their community life within the project and beyond. Neurographica method - one of our most efficient tools in which we are highly experienced served to achieve this empowerment. The partnership was established on a foundation of trust and shared values, dedicated to benefiting the community.

The main aim of the project was to reach out to at least 80 women from underdeveloped and remote areas in Bulgaria and Latvia and motivate and empower them to come out of own comfort zone, overcome fears, lack of self-confidence and finally to create social initiatives for inclusion, support and civic participation in their local communities. As the final result we expected that all the participants would think of various social initiatives and develop their creative thinking and some of them would actually form their own organizations, do start-ups, write a project or establish a community support group. We aimed also to provide individual mentoring and coaching to participants with own ideas and advising in project management and looking for grants. Using the innovative creative coaching method Neurographica we wanted to create a training program for workshops to increase women’s skills in Motivation, Leadership, Self-esteem, Organisation, Time management, Communication, Creative thinking. Our participants were supposed to become active themselves and finally to activate the community around them, making workshops, taking own initiatives. We intended to empower women in specific life periods when they need a motivation kick.

The project activities we implemented were: - Elaboration of the LadyLeader training program with training materials, lesson plans, and exercises including innovative video exercises for guided neurographica drawing, divided into 8 modules: Leadership and Motivation; Self-esteem; Creative Thinking; Organisation and Time Management; Empathy and Emotional Intelligence; Mindfulness and Intuition; Problem Solving; Communication and NVC (non-violent communication). - informative and inspiring online and offline neurographica coaching workshops for women in different regions of Latvia and Bulgaria involving 211 participants of the target group, - an empowering 7 days training course/study visit for 13 female community leaders from the participating countries in Latvia - mentoring the lady leaders and supporting the social initiatives organized by them in their local communities. The training programme and the trainings were a mix of online and physical activities based on neurographica method and non-formal learning.
