โ–ถObjectives

Our goal in implementing this project is to address the longstanding struggle in the labor market, particularly in our partner countries, where finding properly qualified staff and motivating young people to stay in the educational system has been challenging. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these issues, making it nearly impossible for organizations to provide staff with the necessary qualifications, especially for adults facing technological disadvantages. With educational centers closed and limited access to online resources, these individuals are in a precarious situation, impacting both the local and European economies. The project has improved access to high-quality learning opportunities for adults by better utilizing existing resources. We created a comprehensive handbook that consolidates all possibilities for online training, self-education, and qualification. The handbook also provides guidelines on creating CVs and for the younger adults, career orientation help. By offering a professional orientation test and a series of training and events, we hope to create upskilling pathways, improve accessibility, and increase the uptake of adult education.
