Our primary objective with the CORPI project was to effect a profound and enduring transformation in sports culture through the advancement of anti-racism and inclusivity education. We sought to equip trainers, coaches, and educators with essential knowledge and practical strategies to cultivate equitable environments within their respective sports domains. By delivering targeted training and resources, we aimed to empower these pivotal stakeholders to mentor young athletes effectively and spearhead positive changes within their sports communities. Our ultimate goal was to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all participants, irrespective of their backgrounds. Through meticulously designed educational programs and resource development, we intended to embed these values into everyday practices, ensuring that the project's impact extends beyond immediate results. This approach aims to support a lasting cultural shift towards inclusivity, thereby contributing to a more equitable and supportive sports environment in the long term. We also aimed to generate a ripple effect by demonstrating successful anti-racism practices, inspiring other organizations to adopt similar strategies.
