Summary

Objectives Sport is an ideal tool to support young people in their personal development. And yet the full potential is still not being exploited everywhere. Sport can achieve even more. However, this also requires the support of politics and sience in order to create fertile ground for this across the board. The project not only shows visions of where youth work in sport can develop, but also connects the relevant actors from practice, politics and science. Activities In order to send lasting impulses into the sports landscape, podcast episodes on various topics are produced, which show visions of where youth work in organized sport in Europe can develop in the future. Central elements of these podcast episodes are proven "Models of Good Practice", which are then discussed with relevant actors from politics and science. The launch of the podcast episodes will be used for networking and multiplier events. Impact Podcasts are an instrument for broadening knowledge in an attractive format, initiating discussions and focusing on potentials and challenges. The topics are intended to inspire other sports clubs to further develop their offers and structures. At the same time, decision-makers from politics and science are to be encouraged to get to know approaches from other European countries and to create fertile ground for in youth work in sport in Europe.
