We wanted to build a partnership project that would allow us to better welcome, supervise and support students with special educational needs (with learning difficulties, linked in particular to autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and/or attention disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADHD). The short and medium term objectives of this project were to better train our educational staff in these disorders and especially in the needs of students, work on collective strength between teachers/management/parents of students/researchers, better equip our classrooms and improve our arrangements in teaching and assessments, better use digital technology in the learning and assessments of these students, and finally better communicate with the families of these students. We also wanted to develop a more shared and accepted inclusive school culture, allowing in the longer term to no longer talk about inclusive schools, because schools, like society, must be so by nature. For this, it was important to allow all teams to express doubts and difficulties, which was particularly the case through questionnaires and round tables.

For students: -The show on Down's syndrome "She's great your sister" with a meeting with the artist for secondary school delegates and students of the "Theater" specialty and Webradio -Poster and song competitions on the theme of inclusion for students from both colleges + Screening of the film We have a dream -Two workshops concerning disabled sports as part of our day on the Olympic Games “On the road to the Olympics” for primary and secondary schools. For adults: -A partnership and exchange of practices around inclusion (in particular of students with ASD and ADHD) with an Italian high school, middle school and primary school -A seminar on inclusion with conferences from numerous experts, partner structures, parents of students -Visits to partner medical-social structures For all: -The purchase of documentation and materials to be used in classes for students with special educational needs but also their classmates within the framework of the Universal Design of Learning (CUA) We offered more activities than initially planned, thanks to the involvement of the teams, while respecting the budget allocated by Erasmus+

The activities proposed, and the communication around these projects made it possible to have: -Better knowledge of learning disorders among young people and adults in the School Ensemble -an improved development of listening and even accentuate the empathy towards students with disorders among young people -Better support for students with special educational needs from teachers and educational staff -Better support for families of students with special educational needs from teachers, educational staff and management -a strengthening of the feeling of belonging to the school ensemble and to the teaching team for teachers and educational staff -a strengthening of the links with partner experts from the School Ensemble -a more systematic use of educational tools adapted to students with SEN and supporting materials -a working process for the establishment of a “SAS” allowing the resourcing of all -a strengthening of an inclusive image with the department, the region and people outside the school complex -the best knowledge of Erasmus+ for young people, adults from the School Ensemble but also from outside our establishment
