The Digital capacity building for VET Trainers - VET-Di.Ca.B. project - develops in the context of Digital Transformation by expanding the preparation, resilience and digital capabilities of VET teachers, trainers and operators, and intends to achieve the development of small-scale cooperation that starts from a re-reading shared and participatory of DigCompEdu” (2017). The project is contextualized in a post-pandemic relaunch phase in which on the one hand there is the need to renew and relaunch in-person training and on the other to optimize and not waste the results obtained in the pandemic period in terms of acceleration towards greater use of digitalised educational and training environments. With its implementation the project aimed to: -Facilitate the construction of new partnerships and stimulate the peer-to-peer exchange of practices/experiences; -Improve and strengthen the digital skills of VET trainers/teachers/operators; -Promote a bottom-up participatory discussion on DigCompEdu for the renewal of training through the application of tools and technologies in digital environments; -Improve the level of attractiveness of the VET system.
