▶Objectives
This project provided an opportunity for those who are looking for a new VET profession to acquire the basics to carry out and interested to learn an innovative and flexibility job focused to the management of the second-market areas business and to the circular economy. The training offer fully met the demand requested by young people interested in pursuing new professions in compliance with the evolution of the modern digital labor market by helping to provide specific skills that traditional schooling does not offer in this subject. The training objectives coincided with the training needs of the labour market and all 100% of 131 eRejuvenate Academy learners found very intersting the training education program.The training project, designed in this way, ensured that young received training in line with the needs of the labour market through an eLearning platform with free 24/7 access. 100% of learners declared the easy access to online classes without any technical problems. The project succeeded in making learners understand the fundamental skills necessary for their new profession acting in second-hand and circular economy markets.
▶Activities
All activities included in the project have been full realised, implemented and made usable for participants, partners, stakeholders via the web-platform that we created https://www.erejuvenate.org publishing precise information about Erasmus+, the detailed information on the project, the objectives and rules and requirements of admission, the broad assurance of participation without any form of discrimination, the promo poster, several webpages with an overview of EU Circular Economy, Spot video on the project, News and Documentaries useful for complementary learning. Each admitted learner received a welcome email along with access keys to the training areas. The english training package consisted in 12 modules containing 3 lessons of 30 minutes for total of 18 training hours. We created a user web chat for the students and for the partners, a TEAM ROOM to share all project materials between the partners, launch press campaign, social media diffusion, tutoring service, uploaded the training plan with all lessons including handouts that can be consulted and downloaded by the students, performed LEARNING TESTS, delivered 131 certificates, we created a web Career Gateway and web-page of AMAZING PROPOSALS for job and intership offers
▶Impact
All project objectives were achieved by far exceeding expectations. 131 learners took part exceeding the initial project approved, of whom 102 Italians, 16 Cyprus, 13 Portuguese participated and completed the training course receiving their certificate of promotion. After the Erasmus+ period, we continue to receive many applications for our Erasmus+ project proving that our project continues to attract young people from Europe and outside the EU. The web-platform currently registers over 5500 visitors, our LinkedIn channel has exceeded 5200 followers where we published numerous posts dedicated to the project and equal access opportunities. A great number of learners posted on LinkedIn their positive comments on the project and compliments on the course in which they participated, publishing their certificates of promotionas recognition of the professional usefulness of this initiative and sharing their positive comments. We performed a high dissemination of the project, our LinkedIn posts have totalled over 18475 viewable impression from circular economy professionals journalists, influencers, policy makers and young people looking for training and employment.We created a publication dedicated to the dissemination on ISSUU.
