The Prometheus project identified the 12 main soft skills for employability, selecting those essential for developing social and organisational behaviour. Subsequently, it provided the community of VET and VET-C trainers with a Portfolio for the development of these competences, aimed at enhancing the employability of young people in disadvantaged situations. The Portfolio includes training modules to improve young people's interpersonal and organisational skills, formalising informal learning and raising awareness of effective behaviour. Furthermore, the Portfolio was validated and promoted through testing, evaluation and promotion actions at national and European level. The project also increased the European dimension of collaboration between partners by promoting tools for developing social competences at European level. Prometheus addressed 3 priorities, helping the VET and VET-C sector to: 1) offer training more aligned to market needs, 2) promote inclusion and improve the employability of those from disadvantaged backgrounds, through the use of innovative tools such as Metacognition and Collaborative Learning, 3) bring innovation to the VET sector.

The project carried out 2 main activities. ACTIVITY 1 - SELF-DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO. The partners put together a portfolio to help VET teachers develop social metacompetences in their learners, which are useful for finding jobs and integrating better. 1.1: Identification of the 12 soft skills for employability by: 1.1.1 Desk research of good practices; 1.1.2 Field research through focus groups; 1.1.3 Composition of the list of 12 competences. 1.2 Implementation of the Portfolio. 1.2.1: Division of labour among partners. 1.2.2: Implementation of 12 practices. 1.2.3: Drafting the guidelines. 1.2.4 Implementation of the Portfolio. 1.3 KICK-OFF Meeting in Rome. Activity 2 consisted in the evaluation and promotion of the Portfolio. 2.1: Evaluation of the Portfolio. 2.1.1 National focus groups. 2.1.2 International focus groups/workshops. 2.1.3 Evaluation surveys. 2.1.4 Evaluation report. 2.2: Promotion of the Portfolio. Promotion took place through webinars and a final event. 2.2.1 National Webinar No. 1 - IT 2.2.2 National Webinar No. 2 - ES 2.2.3 National webinar no. 3 - NL 2.2.4 Transnational event - ES. 2.2.5 Final video (EXTRA ACTIVITY) 2.3: Meetings 2.3.1 2nd meeting in Amsterdam - NE 2.3.2 3rd meeting in Zaragoza (ES).

Activity 1 and Activity 2 had both 3 main outcomes, which are broken down into specific outcomes below. All the results planned in the application were achieved.
