โ–ถObjectives

We have seen lifelong learning should be among the opportunities for every adult. We developed a program for and by vulnerable mothers. In addition, we demonstrated the impact of Erasmus+ by exchanging best practices across borders and compiling a holistic program that can be easily rolled out to other organisations . Specifically we delivered the following: 1. Development of a high quality training method which contributed to the social and professional empowerment of vulnerable mothers in Romania and the Netherlands, which meets the needs of both target groups. 2. We trained 11 trainees within the organisations to become trainers in the developed methodology. They learned about the use of the method, as well as how to facilitate a successful training and use specific training skills 3. The trainees gained working experience by training 20 vulnerable mothers in the developed methodology. These women received group trainings in empowerment, networking and skills, within a tailored program. 4. CG and NWP now offer sessions of the developed training method, including specific training skills, to other organisations that want to educate and stimulate their volunteers or employees, to be able to better support their target groups.
