The main goal of our project was to improve the competence of job intermediaries and career advisors in preventing and combating discrimination and bullying of people with disabilities. Thanks to the implementation of the project, these people had the appropriate qualifications and knowledge, which allowed for the reduction of these phenomena and the increase of social skills of people with disabilities, such as assertiveness, self-confidence, and a sense of security.

Actions that were carried out as part of the project: Conducting visits to the partner’s premises: The task was completed in April 2023. The visit was attended by: coordinator, psychologist, people working with those affected by exclusion, bullying, and discrimination - including trainers and coaches (a total of 5 people). The costs included tickets for 8 people, but due to inflation and an increase in ticket prices, only 5 people participated. However, this did not prevent the proper implementation of planned activities and the achievement of planned results. Preparation of a lecture program, materials for the development of a film, and consultations with external experts. As part of this task, we managed to develop: a training program on how to deal with and talk to a person with disabilities, as well as how to prevent their exclusion, discrimination, and bullying. The program has been translated into 3 languages: Polish, Spanish, and English. Conducting a visit to the applicant’s premises. The visit took place at the end of summer 2023. The visit was attended by 5 people from the leader organization and people from the partner organization. Promotion and dissemination activities. Project coordination.

Effects of the project: cooperation between partners raising the qualifications of partner staff in the field of work and cooperation with people with disabilities, which was achieved through the possibility of mutual learning and getting to know the way of work. development and implementation with the partner of a training program, which will ultimately allow us to increase the knowledge and competence of employees activating people with disabilities professionally. creation of educational material in the form of a film for job intermediaries and advisors. The film material will be used during training, information prospectus for job intermediaries and career advisors containing tips on how to identify, prevent, and support people with disabilities. conducting pilot workshops both in the leader’s country and in the partner’s country Interest of institutions from Poland and the partner’s country in implementing the program.
