The main objective of the project 'Without GPS' was to adapt the vocational education (VET) system to the changing needs of the labor market and the professional challenges related to the lack of access to navigation technologies in crisis situations. The project assumed the development of a new type of vocational course that would enable participants to acquire skills to move and act in the field without the help of GPS and other electronic navigation devices. We also assumed: Increasing the quality and attractiveness of vocational education by introducing innovative educational materials, including multimedia and interactive exercises. Raising the professional competences of the target group, i.e. rescue services, uniformed services and teachers, in the field of topography and navigation without electronics. Improving the employability of participants by developing skills that are necessary in crisis situations, such as the lack of access to modern technologies. Strengthening international cooperation and knowledge exchange between project partners from Poland and Romania, which contributed to the internationalization of training activities and increasing the educational potential of both partners.

Project inauguration - 1 working meeting - in Constanta, during which we defined the course structure, scope of learning outcomes, defined new skills that the participant must have, time frame, communication techniques, recruitment process and descriptions of exercises and cards for instructors. Course implementation - We created the substantive part, scripts, graphics, films and tested the developed solutions. Project meeting on dissemination events - during the meeting we developed event programs, multimedia presentations and video materials. Dissemination events - we carried out dissemination events in Poland and Romania, combining a conference with workshops for the target group.

We have achieved specific results and effects that have influenced the improvement of vocational education (VET). Project results: 1) New course program adapted to the needs of the target group, which is implemented in the e-learning portal. 2) Scripts and multimedia tools 3) Increase in the professional skills of the staff of partners and project participants. 4) E-learning vocational course. 5) Dissemination events. 6) Improvement of the quality of vocational education provided by both Partners. 7) Start of educational activities on a European scale. Other project results include, among others, raising the level of national security through the dissemination of the project in various types of services, the level of international cooperation has increased. Together with the Partner from Romania, we wrote a project to the European Commission. There was an increase in the involvement of participants (training participants and staff). The project has a positive impact on improving the quality of vet education and the ability of participants to act in difficult, adventurous conditions.
