Objectives

Developing an upskilling pathway tailored to the needs of the cybersecurity job market that will include a simple skills assessment tool, modular learning resources within a course adapted to the needs identified through the assessment, finally, validation of competences through a certification scheme. Piloting the pathway with a total of 100 learners (at least 70% female) in 3 countries (Sweden, France and Romania) through for instance local universities and/or private staffing groups Reduce the gap in the representation of gender in the topic cybersecurity
