The main objectives of the project were: To create awareness about the importance to develop new curricula for vocational training within healthcare which includes circular management topics from a transdisciplinary approach. To provide with a practical knowledge based on real life experiences. This facilitates the use of existing knowledge and systematize it for the benefit of healthcare workers in two European countries. To have a scalable program that can influence the region (Europe) to accelerate the sustainable transformation of the healthcare sector, and with this impact sustainable development in a broader sense. This by improving the conditions of healthcare workers, foster innovation and collaboration between different actors in the region, and have a direct impact on environment. To increase the flexibility of opportunities in education and training for healthcare sectors with the possibility to replicated the experience in other sectors who can benefit from a systemic circular management perspective. Proving that circular economy rules can be implemented in such a difficult area as healthcare. To improve the performance of European healthcare sectors by make them more sustainable, resilient and resource efficient.

The main activities implemented were: The strengthening of an already existing partnership between the organisations participating in the project, improving the work and impact of the organisation's included of the consortium and their stakeholders. Creation of awareness through the dissemination of the project by two presentations in European/global events on sustainable healthcare. This includes the active participation ofan audience of at least 300 relevant stakeholders from Poland, Sweden and other countries. Training non-medical health workers in two workshops, one in Poland, and one online from Sweden, with a total participation of at least 50 healthcare workers. Development and dissemination of a Toolkit, in English and Polish, which include a catalogue of best practices and a guideline. This was developed with a pedagogic purpose, and it is possible to incorporate this material as part of the vocational training of the sector, adapted to local culture. Develop a video training in Polish, which includes a summary of the Toolkit as a way to facilitate the replica of the products of the project. Dissemination through posts, news, and other resources directed to a global audience.

Among the concrete outputs and results of the project are: The implementation and strengthening of a small-scale partnership which increases their impact on the available offer of vocational training and education over sustainable healthcare and creating new offer regarding circular management models. The intensive collaboration and dissemination increased the awareness on the importance of generate and implement circular management models in healthcare. This including the consideration on the transformative potential of this area of knowledge and the need to strength the green skills of non-medical healthcare workers.
