Objectives

The ALL4-3D project pursued three key objectives aimed at enhancing expertise and promoting social inclusion of young people with disabilities in a digitalized environment. The first objective was to upgrade the professional profiles of experts working with young people with disabilities, with a focus on the use of 3D technology. This was intended to equip professionals with advanced skills that enable them to effectively support the inclusion of young people with disabilities in the modern labor market. The second objective was to promote social inclusion and improve the employability of people with disabilities, which we achieved by integrating innovative digital tools such as 3D printing. The third objective focused on developing sustainable solutions that contribute to environmental responsibility, through the use of biodegradable materials and recycling. These activities were aimed at achieving a comprehensive improvement in the position of young people with disabilities in society, while also creating sustainable impacts on the environment and the labor market.

Activities

- A validated Capacity Building Training for the professional development of VET trainers, educators and other professionals working with young people with disabilities with supporting material on how to introduce 3D-M-P in their teaching - The ALL4-3D handbook for young people with disabilities which will guide them into how to use 3D-M-P - The platform where all material has been uploaded for VET trainers and young people with disabilities

Impact

1. ALL4-3D E-platform: this digital platform will serve as a hub for educational materials, e-learning, e-assessment and exchange of practices between participants and experts. 2. ALL4-3D Toolkit: it includes a professional development pack for trainers, a guideline manual and hands-on activities to explore 3D printing in conjunction with solving real-world problems. 3. Setting up the ALL4-3D Laboratories: these laboratories will be equipped with all the necessary resources to support the education and training of young people with disabilities in 3D technologies.
