Objective1: Educating the public on the effective use of (alternative) energy sources, including photovoltaics, in cultural heritage sites. The project focused on educating a wide range of target groups, particularly professionals working in the field of cultural heritage. Objective2: Establishing collaboration opportunities for reducing energy costs and utilizing alternative energy sources, including the placement of technical equipment for its production. The partners developed a joint methodology, contributing to a shared discussion on this topic, ensuring maximum transparency in assessing the feasibility of installing photovoltaic systems in cultural heritage sites. Additionally, our goal was to standardize assessment practices not only within Slovakia but also in the Czech Republic. The proposed methodological approaches were professionally discussed and tested in practice. Objective3: Exchanging experiences through best practices from neighboring countries regarding the use of green energy in cultural heritage buildings and sites. The goal was to leverage expertise from existing methodologies used in AT, DE, CH, CZ. Experts were invited to joint meetings and discussions as part of the project's planned educational activities.
