Objectives - Increase of the capacity of youth trainers in art and humanities to help young learners, including those with fewer opportunities, conceptualise values promoting respect for inclusion and diversity and inspired by philosophical and literary texts, by using a structured improvisation and experience-based movement methodology. - Promotion of equal opportunities by involving participants with fewer opportunities. Activities - A staff training activity for the creation of a digital handbook and a case study presenting a structured improvisation and experience-based movement methodology. - A blended training activity in which youth trainers in art and humanities will participate and will be trained through the project results. - Two conferences for sharing and promoting the project results. Impact The expected results include: - enhancement of the ability of youth trainers in art and humanities to develop tolerance, mutual understanding and respect for inclusion and diversity to young learners, - the creation of a digital handbook linked to tutorial videos, presenting a structured improvisation and experience-based movement methodology, to help young people to conceptualise values inspired by philosophical and literary texts, - a case study based on this methodology.
