Objectives ROOTS aim is to develop employability skills and career guidance to the youth in rural and remote areas, who lack the same opportunities as the youth in urban areas. Through the implementation of the project, they will gain the necessary capacity to access the employment market and develop such expertise compared to youth in urban areas. Activities A1: Study Trip Italy; A2: Study Trip Greece; A3: ROOTS Curriculum Development and establishment of e-Library A4: ROOTS Trainings; A5: Dissemination & Communication. Impact General: to develop employability skills and career guidance to the Youth; Specific: to develop and improve the employability skills and career guidance to youth in rural and remote areas; to connect them with the business sector and introduce them career opportunities in rural and remote areas; to develop the local economy in rural and remote areas; to reduce the ageing population in rural and remote areas.
