FOOD PROJECT LIECHTENSTEIN LUBERON

Objectives Our global food system is responsible for around 37 percent of global emissions. For more environmental and climate protection, we must not only make the production of food and land use more sustainable, but above all our consumption.The aim of the project is to impart young people competence in dealing with food by grasping where it comes from, by experiencing outdoor activities related to agriculture, food production and consumption, and to exchange between to diverse alpine regions.
