▶Summary
Objectives In this project, digital networks will be developed for the job search processes of people who have just entered or will enter the business world, also this project will contribute to the participation of young people in employment, and the careers of the young will be directed to reduce the employment rate. Our project aims to provide digital integration and encourage the development of digital tools to increase youth employment. Activities Activities such as sharing of good examples, online career fair, networking are planned for the development of digital processes such as 1.Know-how Activity 1.1. Workshops and taking good examples with companies that carry out digital human resources (HR) activities in Spain 1.2.A draft study for the establishment of the online HR activities system 2.Online digital career fair Activity 2.Online digital career event Impact Expected results; Good practises in the world will be brought to the local level. A draft plan for online HR systems will emerge. Young people's career network will increase. A workshop will be held as part of the project. The international network of institutions will increase. The foundations will be laid for institutions to establish their own HR processes in the future. The skills of youth for employment will increase.
