We want students from technical and vocational education like interns, employees of a mini-company, an apprenticeship or start-up to strengthen their entrepreneurship competences by doing business in practice. We want to achieve that teachers/teachers have a better understanding of opportunities for effective business education.

Meetings between students, teachers/teachers and entrepreneurs in Leuven and Leeuwarden, 2 each working year: - Fuck-up sessions of entrepreneurs telling what has gone wrong in their careers already - Inspiration sessions for doubters - Workshops with the Students In The Lead and Self Assessment tool around social awareness and impact - Training sessions on social entrepreneurship and soft skills - Development of an assessment tool for transversal skills (competence growth monitor)

Our participants will: - have better knowledge around entrepreneurship opportunities - be more aware of their own capabilities - have a better understanding of possible pitfalls and their own chances of success In addition, we will have created a framework for competence growth monitoring
